Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail. Incorrectly supplied addresses or unclaimed or refused packages.
Jamaica Shipping/Delivery Options
Deliveries are usually made on weekdays from 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays and Sundays). We will contact you via the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of your arrival.
There are several delivery/courier options available for customers in Jamaica. Most of them are Cash on Delivery, meaning you pay the delivery fees when you pick up your order or it is delivered to you. For more details on these options see below:

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
