How do I know my size?

Please view our Sizing Guideas well as detailed fit notes on each product description. If you have any questions please contact us.

The item I received is a slightly different color

We do our best to ensure that our colors in our images are true to life. However, due to monitor differences we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colors shown online.

Out of Stock items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order; issuing a store credit for the item(s) not in stock.

Order processing

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Items are processed in 1-2 business days. This does not include shipping time.

Can I get a refund/exchange for an item?

Refunds or exchanges are offered only in cases where items are sent to you damaged. Please see our fullRefund Policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled.

Can I modify/edit my order?

Regrettably, no changes will be made once an order has been placed.

I have received the wrong product.

If we sent you an incorrect item we would be happy to exchange the item. Complete the Contact Form or email us at milanfashion876@gmail.com and a member of our team will assist.

What are the payment options available?

The payment options available right now are:

Offline:

  • Cash on Delivery (Kingston)
  • Bank Transfer (Jamaica)
  • Pick up and Pay In Store (Jamaica)

Online:

  • Pay with VISA or Mastercard at checkout

I mistakenly paid for my order twice. What do I do?

You can contact us via email:milanfashion876@gmail.com or through our Contact Formand include your order number as well as evidence of multiple payments. We will review and issue a refund once we confirm that we received an extra payment.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We have several shipping options available for international customers. This is based on your shipping address and will be displayed at checkout. To preview all our shipping options, review ourShipping Policy.

Do you ship/deliver locally?

Yes. Please see our Shipping Policy for all options available.

When will my order be shipped?

After your payment is authorized and verified. International orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Deliveries within Jamaica are shipped within 1 business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Will I be able to track my order once it has been shipped?

Not all shipping methods provide tracking. For the ones that do, we will email you a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

I entered the incorrect shipping address, how can I fix this?

If you entered the wrong shipping address please contact us immediately so that we can rectify it during the processing time. Note that we are unable to reroute orders once they have been shipped.
